Some measures making me live in fear

2015-10-01, last Thursday, morning, I went to a smog test station http://southcountysmog.com/ (South County Smog Test Center, 8870 Forest St. Gilroy CA 95020. Tel. 408-848-6164) for my Toyota Camry 1992. I got there at 8:45 AM. I was the first customer. This smog test station, owned by an old couple, husband and wife, has been rated as the best in Gilroy on http://www.yelp.com/biz/south-county-smog-test-center-gilroy, customers especially mentioning their nice attitude. They immediately put my car onto the test apparatus.

I was slowly walking around in the parking lots while they were busy with my car, enjoying the cool fresh air in early morning after midnight raining on Gilroy land which had experienced longtime drought. All of a sudden, the lady owner run into me, I was scared by her sudden appearance... She handed me a pink paper and explained to me, "It is your invoice."

In my experience, she was instructed to do so. It has been many times that somebody or some vehicle suddenly appeared in front of me to scare me, letting me know that I am closely watched and followed.

It is easy to verify whether she was instructed to make a sudden appearance to scare me.

The photo below shows two identical invoices, pink and white. In normal situation, one for me the other kept by the station owner. Why did I receive two? Because she needs an excuse to run into me in the middle of testing.
